Interview Process



Our recruitment process connects you with multiple team members, offering a deeper understanding of our values, how we work together to solve problems, and career growth opportunities. In turn, we’re excited to learn your story, your passions, and the potential you could bring to our firm.

  1. Apply online for the role that best aligns with your skills, experience, and passions.
  2. Meet with a recruiter to explore the role, gain insights into our culture and expectations, and share your experience and aspirations.
  3. In the first-round interview, showcase your skills and experiences in a conversation with one of our consultants. Depending on the role, this might include technical assessments and behavioral questions.
  4. In the final-round interview, you may be asked to tackle a problem-solving exercise to demonstrate your critical thinking, followed by a behavioral interview with a senior leader.
