  • Through process discovery interviews, Valent identified key insights that analysts look for in bid documentation and understood the surrounding business context for each insight.
  • Valent built a solution using OpenAI's assistant API, primarily using RAG. 40+ assistants was given unique business context (prompt engineering) to pull out the specific insights from the documentation.
  • This solution was further integrated with SharePoint and Salesforce to streamline their workflow and to track job opportunities.
